About the Institute

The Quality Growth Institute provides a curriculum of valuable education and training on the design and construction of the places and buildings that we inhabit. Our mission is to keep you informed on current best practices for the real estate industry and building market in the Southeast.

The Quality Growth Institute is uniquely positioned to satisfy the demand among the Council’s membership and associates for quality, topical and consistent professional education. The Institute provides a robust curriculum to keep you and your business on the cutting edge of sustainable design, technology, the workplace, land-use, market trends, and industry-wide movements for the State of Georgia and beyond.

Course Credits

Courses offer professional continuing education credits and hours that are specific to each course. Certificates of Completion are available for for AIA (Architects), APA/AICP (Planners), ASLA (Landscape), CLE (Legal), GBCI (USGBC), PDH (Engineers) and RE (Real Estate). The Course listing documents the specific credits available upon completion. The Quality Growth Institute can also provide private, closed training sessions for groups from a single firm or company to expedite necessary training or credits to bring your staff up-to-speed at one time.
